Great News! Georgia's Medical Cannabis Program Just Got Better!

Starting July 1st, the Putting Georgia’s Patients First Act (SB 220) makes it easier for qualifying patients to get relief. What’s new:
  • ✓New name. “Low-THC Oil” is now “Medical Cannabis.”
  • ✓Smarter dosing. Removal of 5% THC cap and replaced with milligram-based dosing.
  • ✓Faster relief. Vaporizing oils and flower is now allowed.
  • ✓More conditions qualify. The eligible condition list just expanded.
  • ✓Expanded access. More patients, more options, more dispensary locations.
