Medical Marijuana Therapeutics Services for Georgia Patients

CERTIFICATION PACKAGE

Our most comprehensive package is for patients who want to be certified for a Georgia Medical Marijuana Card. It includes two appointments and a customized cannabis treatment plan with product recommendations and dosing instructions.

This package includes 2 appointments:
  • You will have one 30-minute appointment with Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, who will discuss your medical condition(s) and how cannabis interacts with the human body to improve well-being. She will review your current medications for possible interactions with medical cannabis and tell you whether there is a need to adjust any of them.
  • You will also have one 30-minute session with our Cannabis Consultant who is very knowledgeable about the different compounds in the cannabis plant and which ones are best for treating which ailments. She will instruct you on how to use CBD with medical marijuana to create the entourage effect and increase the effectiveness of your treatment.
  • We will certify you by entering your information into the Department of Public Health (DPH) Low-THC Registry so your Card can be processed and printed by the State of Georgia. Once you pay the State for your Card, DPH will mail it to your home address.
  • The medical team will develop an individual treatment plan customized especially for you which includes product recommendations and dosing guidelines, and a list of your medication interactions. Our Cannabis Consultant will review your specific plan with you and guide you through the process of obtaining the cannabis products you need.
  • Once you receive your card, take the treatment plan we gave you to a licensed dispensary. It will empower you to obtain the right products with confidence. Patients who do not have a treatment plan must rely solely on dispensary staff, who are not pharmacists or medical professionals and may not fully understand your unique needs. With our help, you are informed and prepared before you enter a dispensary.

Medical Marijuana Certification Services Georgia - Patient Consultation
NON-CERTIFICATION PACKAGE

This package is for patients who already have their Georgia Low-THC Oil Registration Card but want help in finding the best medical marijuana products for their needs.

This package includes 2 appointments:
  • The Non-Certification Package includes everything the Certification Package offers except certification for your medical card since that part is unnecessary.
  • You will have a 30-minute appointment with Dr. Madelaine Murad, MMT’s licensed medical doctor. She will review your current condition and treatment plan. She will also go over your medications to check for any potential interactions with cannabis and let you know if adjustments are needed.
  • You will also have a 30-minute session with our Cannabis Consultant. She will walk you through your treatment plan which identifies the medical marijuana products best suited for your needs. You will also learn how to combine CBD with products containing THC to improve results.
  • You can take the treatment plan we give you to a licensed dispensary to ensure you obtain the right products for your situation. Keep in mind that dispensary staff are not pharmacists or medical professionals and may not be equipped to recommend products tailored to your unique medical needs. That is where we come in — we are qualified to guide you and help you make informed decisions about your health.

Medical Marijuana Certification Services Georgia - Patient Consultation

PRODUCT ADVISORY SERVICES

This option is for patients who do not have a qualifying condition but could still benefit from the use of CBD products and need help finding the most effective ones.

This package includes 1 appointment:
  • During your appointment, our Cannabis Consultant will recommend CBD products that may offer relief based on your specific symptoms. She will also walk you through different ways to take CBD, and help you choose the right dose for your needs.
  • Before your appointment, Dr. Madelaine Murad (MMT's medical doctor) will review your current medications to identify any possible interactions with CBD. This medical review is shared with the Cannabis Consultant, who will explain any important details during your session.
  • Our Cannabis Consultant will help you navigate the unregulated CBD market. She will show you how to identify products that are safe, free of harmful additives, and contain what they claim on the label.

Medical Marijuana Therapeutics Services for Georgia Patients

Card Renewal Service

This option is only for existing patients
whom we certified previously.

This service includes 2 appointments:
  • We will renew your certification for the Georgia Low-THC Oil Registry Card, if we certified you originally. When your card is within one month of expiring, book your card renewal appointment with us.
  • You will meet with Dr. Madelaine Murad, our licensed medical doctor. She will review your current health situation and discuss the results you have achieved by taking medical marijuana products. She will also evaluate your medications for any interactions with cannabis.
  • You will also meet with our Cannabis Consultant who will assess the effectiveness of the current cannabis products you take and determine if better options are available.
  • The medical team will update your individual treatment plan to include new product and dosing recommendations with a list of your current medication interactions.

Request Product Advisory Services

If we did not certify you previously:

  • We do not have an option to renew if we did not initially certify you because Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, is not your doctor of record in the Georgia Department of Public Health Low-THC Registry. Therefore, we would not have access to your record in the Registry in order to update it.
  • Since we can only renew the patients we certified to begin with, you would have to start from the beginning with our Certification Package so that we could certify you.
  • Once we verify your qualifying condition, we can certify you and enter your name in the Low-THC Registry. At that point, Dr. Murad would be the doctor of record for your certification.
  • Once we certify you, we would be able to renew your certification in the future when your Card expires.
